🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations governing retail operations.
