📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to showcase products and drive sales.
• Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions and addressing customer concerns.
• Use data analytics tools to track performance and optimize live streaming strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for live streams.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability during live sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after live streams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in live e-commerce.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in live selling and social media marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms like Facebook Live, TikTok Live, and Instagram Live.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
