📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in stock management by updating inventory levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams to achieve daily targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Must be honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
