📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our social media efforts are aligned with our overall marketing and business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media presence by attracting and retaining followers, and increasing engagement rates.,Report on social media performance and provide insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
