📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure consistent quality and taste of food served to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
