We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.,Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and adequate supply of medical items.,Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.,Provide reports and data on inventory status and usage to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
