Shopee is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Operations Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our ecommerce operations in Bali. As a Senior Ecommerce Operations Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes that enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the end-to-end ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
• Analyze and optimize ecommerce processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce operations professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing ecommerce operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and ecommerce landscape is beneficial.
