📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist in the sales process, including stocking shelves, pricing items, and processing transactions.,Operate the cash register and handle all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
