We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team at CV Nusa Media. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability. This is a remote position, but you will be required to travel to our office in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta, as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in all operations.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all business objectives are being met and that there is a strong focus on customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of operations staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members of the management team and other departments.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.,Ability to travel to the office in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta, as needed.
