📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that materials and equipment are sourced and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for the company.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure that the company has access to the best possible materials and equipment.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of procurement activities and any potential issues or risks.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on procurement-related matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing the procurement process from start to finish.
  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
