📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispensation of medications.
  • Conduct inventory management and ordering.
  • Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients.
  • Participate in continuous education and training programs.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant.
  • Certification in pharmacy practice (e.g., SIPA, SIA).
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems.
