📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the work of junior lab technicians and ensure they follow standard operating procedures.
  • Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of laboratory activities and results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GLP, GMP).
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
