📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting laboratory experiments and tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs),Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment,Recording and analyzing experimental data,Assisting in the preparation of laboratory reports,Participating in team meetings and project discussions,Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations,Assisting in the maintenance and organization of the laboratory,Supporting senior staff in training and mentoring new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields,Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment,Understanding of data analysis and statistical methods,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols,Experience with laboratory software and equipment is a plus
