📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical resources.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure technical documentation aligns with customer needs and expectations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
