Seed Fresh Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor and client information.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate with relevant departments.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports and documents.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
