📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus
