As a Customs Exceptions Support Specialist at DAI Post, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customs exceptions, including duties, taxes, and regulations. You will use our in-house system, DAI Post Customs Portal, to track and manage customs exceptions, and you will leverage your knowledge of international trade regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle and resolve customs-related issues, including duties, taxes, and regulations
• Use DAI Post Customs Portal to track and manage customs exceptions
• Provide accurate and timely advice to customers on international trade regulations
• Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth customs clearance processes
• Monitor and report on customs exceptions to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to customers on customs-related processes
• Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, customs brokerage, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and tariff classifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with DAI Post Customs Portal or similar systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
