📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure the quality of our products and processes.,Develop and implement QA strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that our products meet our quality standards.,Analyze and interpret QA data to identify trends and to make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure that quality is built into our products and processes from the beginning.,Provide training and mentorship to QA team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends, technologies, and best practices, and to apply this knowledge to our business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA role, with a focus on manufacturing or a related industry.,Strong knowledge of QA standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and IATF 16949.,Experience with quality management systems, such as SAP QM or similar software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
