📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare provider.
  • Assisting in the administration of medical procedures and treatments.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promoting a safe and compassionate environment for patients and staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
