📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure.,Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's growth and objectives.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Monitor and maintain IT equipment and software, ensuring their optimal performance.,Provide technical support to employees and departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems and services meet their needs and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
