📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of a specific section of the cafe, including ordering, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on section performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the senior management team to implement and improve operational procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or coffee industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
