📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit immigration applications using relevant software such as Immigration Management System (IMS) and CaseFlow.
• Conduct thorough research and stay updated on immigration policies, laws, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and administrative staff, to ensure smooth and efficient processing of immigration applications.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the immigration process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, international relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration sales, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures in Indonesia and other relevant countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
