📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to visualize and interpret data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure they are developing their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the overall strategy and goals of the Talent Pool.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analytics and marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in data analytics or marketing are a plus.
