📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer data.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is a plus.
