Space Hub Sejahtera is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR strategy discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
